If (one) of the owners (jednatels) / shareholders is a 3rd-Country National and/or not living in Czech Republic there is an additional cost of 5.000-10.000 CZK for handling and super-legalizing all documents.

No 'starting from ...' price or hidden fees. We do not use a 'starting from ...' price as some companies that advertise a much lower price such as 9.900 CZK, that doesn't include for example founding documents, notary fees, court fees, trade license fees or the price is advertised without VAT.
