This is a project of four luxury three-storey building, each of the twelve large apartments with two parking. House joined the stairs. Each apartment offers a magnificent view of Prague from Barandovskih Gore.

Each apartment on the first floor of the garden, has a balcony or terrace, flat upper floors have "green roofs" (Summer Garden) terrace and balcony.
